Lakefield Singers

Session Dates:

Fall 2023: October 4 thru December 6

Winter: usually January thru to March

Spring : usually April thru to June


Cost: 

$85 per 10 week term if paid on or before Oct 4, $95 thereafter. Early bird discount extended to Oct 11 for new members.

The fees cover room rental, compensation for our musical director, insurance, and sheet music.
 

About Us
A welcoming mixed chorus with a wide range of ages, talents and experience. Carry a tune? Yes. Music reading? Not necessary . Singers come from across Peterborough County; you do do not have to be a resident of Lakefield/Selwyn  to join. Currently we host free in-house concerts at the final practice of each term. Family and friends are invited to sing along with us and join the party which follows. No formal dress required !

Linda has been leading us since our beginning. She is a lot of fun to work with and brings us a broad range of music to sing. Linda plays a mean keyboard too! She also directs Resonance, the choir at the Unitarian Fellowship of Peterborough.
